Terms of Service
Standard conditions of sale and service for our global manufacturing, customization, and export operations.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
01. General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the sale and export of polycarbonate (PC) sheets and related accessories by our manufacturing facilities located in Foshan and Fujian, China ("Company", "we", "us") to the buyer ("Buyer", "you").
By placing a purchase order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms, which supersede any prior agreements, negotiations, or customary practices unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
02. Orders & Specifications

Customization: We offer custom manufacturing including UV protection, anti-fog coatings, and specific dimensions. All specifications must be clearly detailed in the Commercial Invoice and signed by both parties.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our standard MOQ applies to all international wholesale orders unless a special project exemption is granted by our sales department.

Order Confirmation: An order is only deemed accepted once we issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) and receive the agreed initial deposit.
03. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in USD under standard Incoterms® 2020 (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) as specified in the PI. Prices are exclusive of import duties, local taxes, and destination port charges.
Standard Payment Terms
Typically requires a 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). L/C at sight is acceptable for orders exceeding specified volume thresholds.
04. Delivery & Risk
With 6 advanced production lines and a 44,000 sqm facility, we strive to meet all agreed lead times. However, scheduled delivery dates are estimates.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms®. We strongly advise Buyers to secure adequate marine insurance for CIF/FOB shipments.
05. Quality & Warranty
Our products are manufactured using 100% imported PC resins and are certified under ISO 9001, SGS, CE, and ROHS standards.

Warranty Period: We provide a standard 10-year limited warranty against yellowing and loss of light transmission for UV-coated PC sheets, subject to proper installation and maintenance.

Claims: Any claims regarding defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 15 days of cargo arrival at the destination port, accompanied by photographic evidence and batch numbers.
06. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to the sale, installation, or use of our products. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the specific defective goods.
